SPRING is HERE!!!

SPRING is HERE!!!  How Are You Really Doing With Your Health?

Let’s not sugarcoat this…Best Chiropractor Fenton Michigan - The Scenic Route - Dr Erica Peabody

We’re a few months into the year now. January had a version of you that was clear, motivated, and ready to do things differently. You had goals, intentions, and a picture of what taking better care of yourself would look like. And now it’s April.

So let me ask you—honestly… how are you actually doing with that? Not the “I’ve been meaning to” answer or the “work’s been crazy” version. The real answer. Because your health always reflects what you’ve been prioritizing—not what you want to prioritize, but what you actually have been. That’s not judgment, that’s awareness and the small, boring, plain, not showy, disciplined habits are where the real magic happens.

There’s something about this time of year that feels like a natural reset. The sun sticks around a little longer, the air feels different, and everything starts waking back up again. And whether you’ve been dialed in or completely off track, spring has this quiet way of asking, “Are you ready to start again—but for real this time?” Not from guilt or pressure, but from ownership. Your body has been with you through all of it—the long days, the stress, the skipped routines, the moments you pushed through instead of slowing down—and it’s been keeping score in ways you can feel, even if you haven’t stopped to acknowledge it yet.

Maybe your energy isn’t where you want it to be. Maybe your body feels tighter, more tense, or just off. Maybe you keep telling yourself you’ll get back into a routine, but it hasn’t quite happened. That’s not failure, but it is a pattern. And patterns don’t shift because we think about changing. They shift when we decide to move differently,  make a different plan  and  begin to show  up differently for yourself.

So pause for a second. If you zoom forward a few months, what do you actually want your health to feel like? Not what sounds nice or what you think you should want—but what you truly want your day-to-day to feel like in your body. More energy when you wake up? Less tension at the end of the day? Better sleep? More freedom to move and live without discomfort? If that version of you already existed, how would they be showing up right now? Because that’s the shift. Not someday—now.

And here’s the part most people overlook. Taking care of your health isn’t just about trying harder or doing more. It’s not just workouts or eating better or being more disciplined. Your body actually has to be able to function well. Your nervous system, your movement, how your body handles stress—IT ALL MATTERS!!! You can’t outwork a body that’s not supported.

That’s where we come in. Chiropractic care isn’t just about fixing pain when it shows up. It’s about helping your body move better, adapt better, and function the way it’s designed to so you can actually feel good doing your life. And if you’ve been trying to manage everything on your own, this might be the moment you stop doing that.

So here’s your invitation. You can keep putting your health on the back burner and hope it sorts itself out, or you can decide that this is the season you do things differently. That you check in, take action, and actually support your body instead of pushing through it. If you’re ready for that, we’re here to help. Let’s get you moving, feeling, and functioning better—starting now. Because April isn’t just another month. It’s your reset.  I am going to leave our phone number here so that you can CALL US and take action now!!   (810)629-6023   www.cafeoflifefenton.com

21 YEARS

It amazes me as the years tick by just how much we have accomplished over the first 21 years at Cafe of LIFE Chiropractic.Best Chiropractor Fenton Michigan Dr Erica Peabody Pediatric

March 12 was our opening date in 2005. The community that has been created inside of these walls now spills out all over the area as we continue to work at being a household name and “go-to” spot for the best chiropractic care!

It seems that everyone knows everyone in our reception room. People starting care for their first visit run into life-long friends and neighbors. In fact, we had a woman just 2 days ago enter our doors with her toddler son and ran across a woman she has known for years from her church.

This is the kind of community I had always dreamed of creating and now 21 years in, it warms my heart each and every single day.Dr Erica Peabody - Best chiropractor Fenton Michigan - In the genes

I have seen children grow up, head off to college, begin their own families and create a difference in their corner of the world. I have watched countless women become moms for the first time, second time, third time…thirteenth time. I have seen servicemen and women head off to serve our country and come back on leave to get adjusted, as well as, adjusting many veterans on a regular basis. I have patients that have moved away from the area and when they come back to visit friends and/or family, they make getting adjusted part of their trip plan!

I have seen families adopt children, lose family members, lose pets, move across the country, change jobs, move to the other side of the world, upgrade their lives, build homes, get married, get divorced, take care of parents, take care of siblings, get out of addiction, get terminal medical diagnosis, beat some powerful disease processes, I have attended births and funerals of patients throughout the years.Best Chiropractor Fenton Michigan Dr Erica Peabody

We’ve laughed hysterically and cried uncontrollably…all together as a community…we have done it all inside of these walls and it has been an absolute honor to share it all with each one of you!

We are a place that people refer to:

“I have driven by this office for years. I always knew good things were happening in there, I could feel it from the outside and I am glad to be here.”

and

“Even if I were blind-folded and walked in the doors without knowing where I was, I would know something good was about to happen.”

one woman said

“You need to get a HUGE banner and hang it from the front of this house that says ‘Serving SUNSHINE’ because people don’t really have any idea what you are doing in here.”Dr Erica Peabody Best Chiropractor Fenton Michigan

You have told us that we are your favorite part of your week. Well YOU are the favorite part of ours! We couldn’t do what we do without you.

A BIG THANK YOU!!!! …for referring your friends and loved ones to us. Out of all the things you can say to us, telling others about us is our absolute greatest compliment of all time and we want to say THANK YOU for helping us create this community filled with people looking to improve their health and get more out of life.

Many have asked me “Why is this place called Cafe of LIFE?”

If I had to figure out one thing that we truly offer here at the office, it would be increased QUALITY OF LIFE!! That can mean getting out of pain, heading powerfully into your labor and delivery, growing a healthy baby, recovering from injury, finding peace once baby is here, getting through sickness faster, running faster, playing your sport better, staying healthier through your seasons, feeling better, sleeping better, digesting better, competing at a higher caliber, moving more gracefully through theBest Chiropractor Fenton Michigan Dr Erica Peabody later years in life or simply just staying healthier…we help with all of that!!! …and SO MUCH MORE!!!

I also need to thank my incredible team!!! Aren’t they all amazing?!?!? I got real lucky that is for sure with my current “dream team”.

As we close in on our 21st year of service, we are so grateful you have joined us and we look forward to continuing to serve you and your family the

Twenty-One Years – Still Loving It!

Twenty-one years.  Best Chiropractor Fenton Michigan - Dr Erica Peabody - Expansion

If you had told me when I first started that I would still feel excited to walk into the office two decades later, I’m not sure I would have believed you. Not because I didn’t love the profession—but because I didn’t yet understand what a long relationship with your work actually looks like.  I remember calling my Mom one day after my second year in to talk about “adulting” and “is this what you do as an adult?  You get up, eat breakfast, go to work, come home, eat dinner to go to sleep and start all over again?”

Now I do understand.  And the truth is: I still enjoy it. Deeply.

That surprises some people. In a world where burnout gets talked about more than purpose, staying passionate about something for 21 years can sound unusual. But the longer I do this work, the more I realize the joy doesn’t come from the novelty of it.

It comes from the meaning of it and my response to my Mom was “At least I get to spend that time helping people.”

The Early Years

When I first started in practice, everything was new.Dr Erica Peabody - Best Chiropractor Fenton Michigan - In the Genes
Every patient felt like a big moment. Every success felt huge. Every challenge felt personal.

Just constantly learning;  about my craft, about people, about myself.

Those early years are fueled by adrenaline and determination; figuring out systems, finding a rhythm, learning what works and what doesn’t. There are long days and more than a few moments where I  wondered if you’re doing it right and doing it well.

But those years build the foundation for everything and teach resilience.  They teach patience, steadfastness, tenacity and endurance.  And most importantly—they teach you that this work is about helping the people.

Somewhere Along the Way

At some point, something shifts.  The work becomes less about performance and more about service and impact. You understand your process. You trust your experience. You know how to help people in ways that only come from years of doing it.Best Chiropractor Fenton Michigan - 3 Days In - Dr Erica Peabody (810)69-6023 - Grouchy

There’s a quiet confidence that replaces the feelings of the early years.  And that’s when the work becomes even more fulfilling.  Because you’re not just practicing anymore—you’re guiding, supporting, and witnessing people’s progress in ways that younger versions of myself as a doctor couldn’t fully appreciate yet.

The Real Reward

After 21 years, the greatest reward isn’t the longevity, it’s the relationships.  It’s the patient who has been coming in for years and now brings their kids.
It’s seeing someone who came in struggling walk out stronger and healthier.
It’s the conversations, the trust, the small wins that add up to real change in someone’s life.  It is the moments of joy and also sitting in deep grief as life moves around all of us.

Those moments never get old and they remind me why I chose this path in the first place.

What Keeps It Fresh

People sometimes ask how I stay motivated after so many years.  The answer is simple: no two days are the same and it is the very best part!  Every person who walks through the door brings a different story, a different challenge, a different opportunity to help. That variety keeps the work alive and I am always learning.

And honestly, after 21 years, I’m still learning;  about the body, about people and about how to do this work better every year.  The moment I think I’ve mastered everything is the moment I stop growing and if you know anything about me by this point, you know I never want that.

Perspective Changes Everything

Experience also brings perspective.  I’ve learned not to stress over the small things the way you used to. I’ve learned that tough days happen and that they pass and that consistency matters more than perfection.

Over and above all of that, I have learned to appreciate the privilege of doing work that matters.  This is not just a job and not just a career.  It’s a chance, every single day, to improve someone’s quality of life in a meaningful way.  Not everyone gets to say that about their career and it is something that makes me look ahead with excitement and optimism.

21 Years Later

So here I am, 21 years in.  Still grateful.  Still curious.  Still enjoying the work.  That doesn’t mean every day is perfect. No career works like that. But the bigger picture which is the impact, the relationships and the purpose, makes it worth showing up every morning.

And if the last 21 years have taught me anything, it’s this:  When you build a career around helping people, the work never really gets old.  It just gets more meaningful.

And honestly… I’m excited to see what the next chapter brings.

DECEMBER TO REMEMBER

I think I speak for everyone when I say that it seems like we just started 2025 and here we are at the end.  I wanted to challenge you to make it a December to Remember.

What do I even mean by that?   Best Chiropractor Fenton Michigan Dr Peabody Exercise gym yoga

Many people are in a waiting period to get the New Year started before they focus on their health.  I don’t mean that you are all neglecting yourselves completely, but what I do mean is that many are waiting for January 1st to make some big and powerful changes.

Let’s reconsider this idea and here is why…

Once December starts, we realize that by taking a closer look at our calendar for the month, we oftentimes realize that the entire month is filled to the brim with festivities, fun and family…sometime it is willfully aligned with the obligations and sometimes it is just simply out of obligation.

Soooooo….this also often means that our selfcare and our commitment to ourselves ends up on the backburner waiting to refocus once we hit the New Year.

BUT…once January 1st rolls around, we are sometimes so deep into eating tasty, AND INFLAMMATORY, foods.  We have had a little too much alcohol, sugar and other processed foods.  We haven’t prioritized hitting the gym, taking walks, yoga, meditation and other things that help improve our health.

We become stagnant and, I don’t know about you, but it can be VERY DIFFICULT to get the ship turned around and heading in the right direction.

We can hit January 1st and have to make MAJOR SHIFTS, or we can really make it a December to Remember and make some simple daily moves now that gets is some serious momentum heading into 2026!  Dr Erica Peabody - Meals - Best Chiropractor Fenton Michigan

Simple moves can be as simple as this:  Drink extra water, walk 20 minute minimum per day, do 15 minutes of stairs inside of your own home, take 5 minutes daily for meditation and stillness, get your workouts put right into your weekly schedule, grab some simple hand weights and start doing some reps, jump rope, clean up your plate by adding a lot more greens and good quality protein, split desert with your partner…so many simple small things- I am SURE you could easily name 10 more.

I urge you to start today or at least by tomorrow.  Commit to your health and share some of those healthy activities with your spouse, children, other family members and friends to allow this to be a great MOMENUM-BUILDING December to Remember.

You will be happy once January 1st rolls around and you have already set things in motion.  I am simply putting this message out so that awareness is on it and maybe 2026 can get started off on the right foot!

If you have some ideas about what things you can change and want to share below, I encourage you to do so!  I want to see and hear your ideas!

We get one chance in this life and what if you considered making this month truly a December to Remember!!!

BE MINDFUL

I am hoping that you are connected with us over Facebook, but if not, HERE IS THE LINK to go straight there.  You can also look me up individually and follow that way.  I have been doing some live shares over facebook as I drive and think and the last one was a warning to BE MINDFUL!!!

…and here is why that came up.Best Chiropractor Fenton Michigan - Be Mindful - Dr Erica Peabody

Last Wednesday I was in my practice and a woman came in that had been under care in the past but had to take some time off to heal from a fall where she fractured a vertebra in her neck.  She was carrying a box down a set of stairs and stepped off the side in a bad way and hit the back of her neck on a steel handrail resulting in a fracture.  She has healed well and is ready to get back under regular chiropractic care  (some of you may be curious at this point that I can even adjust someone with this kind of injury.  I want to remind you that I have a lot of tools in my bag of chiropractic techniques that allows me to work with and around all kinds of injuries as each person’s care is tailored for each individual and their needs).

I see a lot of people with injuries which probably goes without saying.  Some of the stories make my stomach churn as the phrase that follows is always “WOW!  That could have been way worse!!”

The next patient that same day was up north and cleaning up the kitchen and tripped over the dishwasher door that was out of her line of sight.  This resulted in yet another conversation that went “Wow!  That could have been a whole lot worse!” The final one that day was a slip and fall while getting into the car and sliding right underneath the vehicle…which “Could have been a whole lot worse!”

Our lives are super busy these days.  I have to be honest, I am trying to do too much at once, carry too much at once and my brain is filled with all kinds of running thoughts also!!!  I am in that same club however when I get to see these kinds of injuries, I take note of the theme.  The running theme of all of these injuries…trying to do too much at the same time.  Me too!!  Me too.

Be mindful.  Easier said than done often.  What I notice for myself is that if I can slow down my mind to focus on the task at hand, I am so much safer, healthier and happier.

Being mindful wouldn’t necessarily have prevented these injuries however, we can’t know for sure, it may have.  It is always hard to say at the time and easier to reflect backwards to see situations retrospectively.

I was getting ready the very next day and listing to a podcast or making a video for a friend AND curling my hair at the same time.  Without looking down at my curling iron, I didn’t realize that it had spun around and was facing the other direction.  When I reached down and thought I was grabbing the handle, I was actually grabbing the hot barrel, resulting in burning the pads of my thumb and two fingers.

When that happened, my first thought was how easily that would have been avoided by simply being present, looking up and then looking back down.  I am notorious for trying to do too many things at once.  As I navigate through my days, I notice just how many things I drop and realize that is a strong indication that I am not fully paying attention.

Look around in your life.  Where do you find yourself trying to do too many things at once?  Have you stumbled as you were trying to do something else?  How many different directions do you think the mind can handle going in and still pay attention?

Be mindful.

Being mindful is much easier said than done however I am hoping by just having this brief read and reminder, it is more in the forefront of your mind as you navigate through your days.

I am not minimizing any of the things I mentioned before nor am I saying that they for sure could have been avoided.  I just wanted to share this theme of the week so that you can be mindful too.

WELCOME BACK

Welcome back!!!  Wait!!!  Is that for you or for me?

I am so confused.

Actually, what has really gone on is that I have not had a chance inside of such a full life to keep up on this blog lately and it is one of the many reasons I am making regular weekly time for creativity in this New Year!

So WELCOME BACK to ME and to YOU!!!

I hope you will follow along with US on this ride.  I have used the word “US” a lot lately.  It is an interesting concept to really look around in life and see how many US’s you may be involved in!  I guarantee there is a lot!

I look at US in many ways…but one particular US I will be referring to on a regular basis is the US that is inside of the Peabody Center for Well-Being

I have REAL-LIFED a dream and I have been joined by a group of awesome health and wellness professionals that I will be sharing about through our time together.

Don’t worry, it is not all business here as there are a whole lot of other areas of life I like to share about as well.

I will probably use the concept of US as I share from many angles of the many US’s I am involved with.

Be sure to stay tuned!  ….and WELCOME BACK!!!  Best Chiropractor Fenton Michigan - Dr Erica Peabody - The first year

JANUARY

It is hard to believe we are a day away from the end of January!

How are you doing with the year so far?

What changes have you made?

What changes do you want to make?Best Chiropractor Fenton Michigan - January - Dr Erica Peabody

What things do you want to do this year?

The polar vortex has put a little damper on this week, however, it has also given us a few minutes to slow down and sit still, or at least I hope you are taking some moments to sit still.  This is a great time to contemplate, plot and scheme for your success going forward.

We have been open a good portion of our regular hours this week as other business have chosen to be open, and some have closed.

I was reviewing some things in my life last night as I was trying to figure out whether to be open today or not (we are OPEN!!!!).  First off, some of you know and some of you may not know, I lived in Anchorage, Alaska for 3.5 years, I got my bachelors degree at University of Alaska Anchorage.  It was an amazing experience just to be up in Alaska, much less get a chance to live there and be able to experience it all.  I have a great appreciation for the arctic northern temperatures having to live and work in negatives (-40 for an entire month one winter) for those years.

I watch you all get out of your cars here at the office this week, all bundled up with 1-6 children in tow and I applaud and honor you.  It reminds me of getting bundled up to go to class and work at one time.  I honor you for taking a moment to make it in to town and stop by our office.  I honor you for your commitment to the change you want to make for yourself and your family this year.

If you have cancelled your appointments this week, I honor you for staying home and staying safe and warm, I honor you for respecting that small voice inside that said “not today”.  I honor each and every single one of you and I watch as schedules change daily due to school closings.  I honor you for being resilient enough to shift and change your days around to be able to manage it all.

We are open because I am going to be here anyway.

We are open because cabin fever is a real thing and has set in for many of you and you need an excuse to get out of the house and go do something.

We are open because our shifts are a little slower but it gives us a chance to catch up on other things, like hanging pictures and signs, getting ahead of the endless paperwork and doing a lot of cleaning.

We are open because we are here to serve you, and not as arctic heroes or something, but because we can make it here to the office and we also know you are doing a lot of extra shoveling and shivering and that there is a little extra stress this week that we can help you with.

We are here for you.  We honor you for staying inside your cozy home with your loved ones and hunkering down.  We honor you for getting out in the cold and heading this way.

Old Man Winter took his good ol’ precious time getting here this year but came in with a blast!  When it warms enough to get outside, I encourage you to do so because I believe one of the healthiest things we can do through the winter months in Michigan is get outside and get some fresh air.

While you are inside of these slower moments, take a glance at what your plans are for this year and make a choice today to move you in the direction you want to go.  That can be as simple as grabbing an extra glass of water, taking a few more trips up and down the stairs to get the heart pumping, journalling, reading a book or playing a game of checkers with your child.

Bundle up!!!  Stay safe and warm!!!  Take a few minutes to evaluate how you are doing now that January is coming to a close and let’s connect soon!!!

PEACHY

From the outside it appears that all is peachy and so simple.

It’s not.
It’s hard, anxiety-driven work to pursue a dream.
It’s long, late night conversations and countless sleepless nights.

It’s questions without answers and conflict without immediate or foreseeable resolution.

It’s stress beyond anything I have ever known.Dr Erica Peabody - Peachy - Best Chiropractor Fenton Michigan
It’s wildly uncomfortable and feels like running around constantly short on time.
It’s humbling and frightening.
It’s not just out of my comfort zone, it’s as though I took a rocket ship and split from the Universe my comfort zone is in.
It’s so far off the edge and hoping the ground appears somewhere beneath my foot as I take the next step.

It is tears of frustration and moments when I cannot stand being inside my own skin.

It is giving up beach towels and sunglasses for hammers and drills.

It is a deep breath in not knowing when i will have space to exhale.
…AND it’s not just business, it’s every aspect of life.
It’s building a home that’s gone on far, far too long.
It’s learning to partner inside of a relationship rather than run off on my own and do it all my own way.
It’s learning what being a bonus mom is all about and to triplets nonetheless.

It’s wedding planning and all that comes with that (which i am currently trying to figure out).
It’s a constant battle with my subconscious that wants everything to stay the way it’s always been.
It’s tough and messy and faith-building.

It is somehow trusting that stupid phrase “You will only be given as much as you can handle.”  Everyone please STOP SAYING THAT!!!!
It’s being sure to meditate every day and pray every night.

…and all this I am writing because I got a great hot shower and did my hair and now I’m dreading walking outside into the humidity which will undo it all in 17 minutes flat. …and so this is me procrastinating and writing to you instead of that.
And now I’ve come to the end of this rant.
Regardless of all that I wrote above, I’m going to make it the best day I can anyway.

Building dreams comes with a lot of hard work and not all of it is peachy.

ENDURANCE

I am fully convinced endurance is the key to success.

I have run marathons, half-marathons and climbed to the rooftop of Africa.  I have done triathlons, 60-90 minute Dr Erica Peabody - Don't Die With Your Daypack - Chiropractor Fenton Michiganextreme hot yoga classes and 50 mile bike rides and ran a thriving family chiropractic office for 14 years.  I endured 10 years of school beyond high school and driven 3,000 miles from Anchorage, Alaska to Atlanta, Georgia.  I have spent countless hours studying, during school and since by doctorate degree and taken many long plane rides, longest being 26 hour plane ride from Detroit to Kilimanjaro.

I never realized just how much endurance has played into my equation for success until a few months ago.

I was sitting down for lunch with one of my mentors in Florida and he says “I am really proud of you.”  He then continues, “Anyone can work hard enough and earn the degree but not many can really do what it takes to run the business the way you have and succeeded in practice and kept that kind of energy doing it all by yourself.”

Here is a clue to my internal workings, I just expect that of myself and I do not give myself an “out” to not do what needs to be done when it needs to be done.  …and that goes for every area of my life.

I was shocked when he said that mostly for the simple fact of the expectations I set on myself but when I really do look back and see how far I have come I have done this all on my own.  Granted I do have an INCREDIBLE support network in my life for sure that pick me up, dust me off and give me a kick in the rear to get going again.  I have to take a

Best Chiropractor Fenton Michigan - Endurance - Dr Erica Peabody

moment to thank my amazing team Nikki, Teri, Stephanie and Laura – you ladies make this entire dream worth living and working so hard for!!!!  THANK YOU!!!  THANK YOU!!!  THANK YOU!!!!

One week prior to that trip to Florida, I was presented with an incredible business opportunity.  The evening before this particular lunch with my mentor, Mike and I were out to dinner and I got wind that the opportunity was actually a reality if I wanted it for the taking.

So I jumped.

I had no idea that the words that my mentor said at that time about my endurance for what I am doing would ring truer and louder than ever before in my life.  I had no idea how much that trek up Mt. Kilimanjaro would help me the past 3 months.  I had no idea that Chicago Marathon in 2005 and all the half marathons and all those miles training out on the trails to prep for those grueling 26.2 and 13.1 miles would help me through this time in my life since March.

As I endured 6 months in that walking boot last year and 3-4 trips to the gym still training, some would chime in and ask “what are you training for now?”

“I am training for LIFE!”  was always my answer.

Yes I have had road races and triathlons and trek and swims and hikes that I have trained for in the past, I have

Chiropractor Fenton Michigan - The Second Strap - Dr Erica Peabody

always had something in front of me that would inspire me daily to keep going…but I had no idea it was all for these past 3 months.  The meetings, emails, lists, meetings, emails and more lists, along with straight up execution on all of these things day in and day out aside from my newly engaged life and busy practice…this is what I have been training for.  If I am totally honest, I have developed slight PTSD opening my email these days in fear of one more list, one more thing, one more meeting that will need to be tended to.

And I still have yet to birth my own children and raise my own family…I hear that takes some serious endurance and I am certain that this time in my life is just mere preparation for those next steps too.

Patients ask me all the time, “What is your next big adventure?”  “What is the next mountain you are going to climb?”  Little did you know I have been climbing one of the biggest mountains in my life and you are all right along side me.

All of this “talking in code” and not being able to disclose this information has been a multiplying factor for the endurance of this climb.  I love being able to bounce ideas off of my people, my board of directors especially, and share.  I feel like when I share I am able to download and reprocess things inside of my mind and being and create some form of order.  I have been unable to do that due to the nature of this incredible plan. Best Chiropractor Fenton Michigan - Endurance - Dr Erica Peabody

HOLY COW DOC!?!?!?!??!!!!!!  Are you leaving us?????  Nope I am here and setting even deeper roots into the Fenton community than ever before.  I am more here than I have ever been before.  I am more excited than I have ever been before.  I am more charged up about life and living and serving than ever before.  We are taking things up to a whole new level and are going to be able to be a beacon of light, a true heartbeat of health and wellness inside of our community and although I need another week or so to really share the plans, trust me it is really, really good and worth all the endurance.Best Chiropractor Fenton Michigan - Endurance - Dr Erica Peabody

Now if you possibly think I could tackle something like this on my own…well thank you and yes I probably could, however I wouldn’t want to without the greatest partner in life walking shoulder to shoulder right at my side.  He props me up, he settles me down, he charges me up and knocks me on my behind when I need it.  He has been a solid driving force since our day one together however even more so now that this kind of rubber is meeting the road and this kind of traction is needed.  There were a few moments during this process that I had to consider if I would do something like this on my own…the answer us YES I would and could and will if necessary.  But in saying all that, I am so so grateful, ever so grateful to you my Love.  Thanks for everything Babe.  Good thing he is a three-time Ironman, I knew endurance was part of the fabric he was cut from since the start.

Stay tuned!!!  It is just getting good.
